Step 1: Initial Enquiry 👋
It starts when you reach out via our enquiry form, That is when David, the founder of Up Hotel Agency, and Kelly creating our fabulous sales team will get in touch to discuss your requirements. Together, you will create a sitemap to ensure every part of your dream new website is covered.
Step 2: Meet your Project Managers 🤝
Once the sitemap and statement of work have been agreed. Your dedicated project manager will be in touch to guide you through the next steps. First up? A quick and easycreative questionnaireto capture your vision for your shiny new site. Once completed, a Kick-Off call will take place to meet the team, discuss timelines, and to introduce you to your awesome digital designer who fits your brief perfectly.
Don’t worry! Throughout this whole process, your project manager will keep you updated on progress, key milestones, and important dates every week in your weekly update to ensure everything stays on track.
Step 3: Design Phase 🎨
Now comes the exciting part — the design phase! Where your designer will put together the first homepage concept. You’ll then have allocated time to review it and jot down your feedback in a provided Word document, including any tweaks or changes required.
We will repeat this process for round two, giving you another chance to refine the look and feel. The second feedback stage is the final opportunity to request any changes before we make the final adjustments in round three.
If your project includes subpages, we’ll follow the same process to keep everything consistent throughout the design phase. Once we reach the third round of subpage designs, we’ll send over a sign-off document that will require your signature – then it’s full steam ahead to development! 🚀
Step 4: Development Phase 💻
Time to bring your website to life! Once your project moves into the development phase, your project will land in the hands of one of our super-talented developers who will be bringing your new site to life. They’ll follow a clear and structured roadmap to make sure everything is built to the highest standard.
When the development phase is complete, our internal team, including your designer will review the site to ensure everything looks and functions exactly as it should before handing it over to you.
Step 5: Content Addition & Training 🧠
Your project manager will then arrange a training and handover call, where your developer will walk you through your brand-new site and show you the ropes on how to manage it.
Now it’s your turn! At this stage, you’ll need to set aside some time to add your content this means all your copy and images are required on each page of your website. This is also your opportunity and share any feedback through a nifty form using our project management platform.
The Final Step: Launch 🚀
Once your content is in place, we’ll review your feedback, make any final tweaks, and then dive into the pre-launch and testing phase. This includes a final once-over preparing the site to go live.
Finally, on the agreed go-live date, we’ll launch your new website! Your brand-new website will be live for everyone to see! 🌟
But don’t worry, we won’t just wave goodbye —after launch, we’ll be on hand for up to 30 days to help with any bugs or technical issues, making sure everything runs smoothly.
