In a Nutshell

We’d love to find a positive, engaging and hard-working individual to join us who works well within a growing team but is also comfortable working independently. Ideally, you will be able to confidently manage client accounts and run digital marketing campaigns which drive great results for our clients. You will ideally have a proven track record in adopting the latest technologies and marketing techniques to ensure that campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

As an agency, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, measurable Digital Marketing Campaigns with tangible results that both our clients and team can be proud of. We would love someone to join our team who understands how to build marketing campaigns from the ground up, implementing them across various platforms, managing their delivery, measuring success and reporting this back to the client in a positive way.

Due to the ongoing restrictions, we are currently working from home inline with government guidance. However, once the restrictions are lifted, we would love our newest recruit to join us in the office at our base in Rugby at least 2 days a week. We are also considering applicants on a part-time basis so do let us know your requirements and we can discuss!

The UP Life

When not in a pandemic, we usually work in an open plan office and because we are a full-service agency, the marketing team gets to collaborate with developers and designers on a lot of creative projects. It also means that we get to know the whole team well (and often have lighthearted battles about who’s turn it is on the playlist).

Team members generally regard each other as friends as well as coworkers and there’s usually no end to treats milling around. (too many some would argue…)

Although we’re currently working from home, we still try to stay as connected as possible between the teams. This includes daily stand up calls, optional ‘post-work de-brief’ sessions, monthly company highlights meetings and even an occasional Friday afternoon cheers and chats – we really try to ensure the team feel as supported as possible during what is an incredibly unnerving time.


As a close-knit bunch, we love to do stuff together such as go for lunch every Friday, celebrate absolutely nothing with after-work drinks, go to gigs, have picnics in the park playing rounders or cricket and the bosses even treat us all to a yearly company adventure!

There is also training for the hospitality industry, encouragement of individuals to grow for career development and monthly 1-2-1 meetings to ensure you feel valued and listened to – we really do care for the people who work here!

Qualifications and Skills


At least 2 years managing digital activities for a variety of clients. All candidates should have a track record of managing successful campaigns from strategy to results.
